Delivery & Refunds

We offer in-home delivery and set up with our own professionally trained furniture delivery teams. We will be more than happy to schedule an appointment to deliver your furniture if that is something you’re interested in. If you have questions about a return, exchange, or cancellation, please contact your sales associate or nearest location.

Shipping Policy

Our normal delivery rate for online purchases start at $199.99. Some limitations my apply. Delivery charges could vary based on promotional specials, distance, and item purchased. Purchases made in store may be eligible for lower delivery charges. Please see store for details.

Delivery Time Frame

Once all items on your order have been received from suppliers and are in inventory, you should expect someone from our delivery department to call you and schedule an appointment for your in-home delivery.  For items in our Express Ship program, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground based on availability, and usually arrives at your home in 2 to 6 days from the time of shipping.

Product or Pricing Inaccuracies

While we take every precaution to insure all products and pricing are correct on our website, mistakes do occur. Should you find a mistake, please contact us at promotions@gibsonmcdonald.com. Prices and the availability of products and our services are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, we will, from time to time, make pricing mistakes. We will endeavor to promptly correct any mistakes as we become aware of them. We reserve the right to revoke any offer and/or correct any error at any time, including after an order has been submitted and even in the event that your method of payment has been charged. Any disputes related to pricing will be resolved at our sole and complete discretion.

Refund Policy

An order that is purchased online may be cancelled at any time before delivery if the customer pays a 20% restocking fee. If the merchandise is refused at the time of delivery due to damage, the restocking fee will be waived. No returns will be accepted after the delivery has been made. Online Only Products

All items that are listed for sale as Online Only will be delivered by small parcel delivery services such as UPS or FedEx. These items will not be assembled when they arrive at your home, and we do not offer assembly for these items. These items are not eligible for return.
